Endomondo Running Workout: "was out running 3.53 miles in 34m:00s using Endomondo."
I lost 2.2 pounds this week, for a total loss of 37.4 pounds! And I did well on my run today :-) I actually felt good at the end rather than miserably tired or exhausted, like last time. I started carrying a small water bottle with me, which I think helps. Also running in cool weather is far superior to running in the heat.
